AUSTRALIAN OIKIA
Our Australian/Aegean farmhouse located in the wonderful countryside of Orange NSW, was inspired by a image of a charming old Italian villa.
The captivating blue and blood red hues of the Villa guided our design choices on this new build property.
Our studio was entrusted with both the exterior and interior design selections and overall design ethos of the home. Working with our wonderful repeat client through covid, this property has a special place in our hearts.

NOTES ON THE HOME
The exterior follows Australian Pavilion style architecture, allowing the home to harmonize beautifully with the stunning country surroundings.
Inside, you’ll discover a blend of European textures like terracotta tiling throughout, alongside bathrooms that combine traditional European patterns with Australian timbers. The living area boasts an industrial-style fireplace, with exposed brick and concrete, showcasing the essence of raw materials and a balanced mix of Australian + European design throughout our home.
